When viewing free over the air broadcasts with it you can get a picture quality that is a small step below DVD quality. Its picture quality will give consumers a significant upgrade from the average analog broadcast that they are use to. The sound quality of this digital TV converter box is also very good. It allows you to get crystal clear sound without the static interference that you may have become accustomed to with analog television.

The T3AP is very similar to all of the other Artec converter boxes on the market. It comes with an electronic program guide, on box buttons, multi-language functions, and even analog pass through. It also comes with a remote control although not a universal remote.
