will the Tivax STB-T12 work in south africa to switch from analog to digital viewing on the SABC channels including ETV?
I have tried one side-by-side with an (old) Sylvania box and a cheap innomedia converter, and the TIVAX had bar far the worst reception using exactly the same antenna and connections.
works grate got one at a thrift store $10 like the controls on the box not like my old magnavox were I had to use only the remote also love the fact that I can reprogram for new channels with add on progam and not have to do a full reprogram and lose channels and have to start over like my magnavox the magnavox is an early mode and did not have analoge pass through should have bought tivax the firt time on screen program menu not the gratest but I bought the converter to watch tv not to read tv
